Written Cancellation Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) by the lead traveler.

Cancellation Date: The cancellation date is determined by the day we receive your written notice.

Cancellation Fee (46+ Days): A 25% cancellation fee on the total package amount applies for cancellations made 46 days or more before departure.

Cancellation Fee (30-45 Days): A 50% cancellation fee on the total package amount applies for cancellations made between 30 and 45 days before departure.

Less Than 30 Days Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total package amount is non-refundable.

Finalized Bookings: Flight tickets, hotel bookings, and entry tickets are issued and finalized within 30 days, making refunds impossible.

December Blackout Month: All international packages departing in December are 100% non-refundable upon booking confirmation.
