Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.

Non-Refundable Deposit: This initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payment Due Date: The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to your departure date.

Late Booking Policy: For bookings made within 30 days of departure, 100% of the total payment is required immediately.

Accepted Payment Modes: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque.

Cheque Clearance: Payments by Cheque are subject to bank clearance and must clear by the payment deadline.

Document Issuance: All final travel documents are issued only after full payment has been successfully received.

Currency Fluctuation: Any changes in the Foreign Exchange (Forex) rate must be borne by the customer.

Forex Payment: The additional Forex amount must be paid before final document issuance.
